First Login

This guide walks you through logging in to YardPilot for the first time.

Accessing YardPilot

1. Open your browser and go to app.yardpilot.io
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your password
4. Click Sign In

Bookmark the login page for quick access: app.yardpilot.io

Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password:

1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your inbox for a reset link
4. Click the link and create a new password

WARNING

Password reset links expire after 60 minutes. Request a new one if yours has expired.

First-Time Setup

After logging in for the first time, you'll be guided through initial setup:

1. Verify your email - Click the verification link sent to your inbox
2. Company details - Add your business name, ABN, and contact info
3. Branding - Upload your logo (appears on quotes and invoices)
4. Team invites - Invite your first team members

Troubleshooting

Can't log in?

• Check your email address is correct
• Make sure Caps Lock is off
• Try resetting your password
• Clear your browser cache and cookies

Not receiving emails?

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Add noreply@yardpilot.io to your contacts
• Contact support if issues persist
