Quote Approvals

When clients approve quotes through the portal, you're notified immediately and can convert to a job.

Client Experience

1. Client receives quote email
2. Clicks View Quote
3. Reviews services and total
4. Clicks Approve or Decline
5. Optionally adds a message

What You See

When a client approves:

• Notification appears in YardPilot
• Email notification (if enabled)
• Quote status changes to Approved
• Ready to convert to job

When a client declines:

• Notification with their reason (if provided)
• Quote status changes to Declined

E-Signatures

For quotes requiring a signature:

1. Enable Require Signature on the quote
2. Client must sign before approving
3. Signature is captured and stored
4. Visible on the approved quote

Approval Settings

Configure quote approvals in Settings → Quotes:

• Require signature for all quotes
• Auto-convert approved quotes to jobs
• Notification preferences
